Hidden Harbour, a totally private community, is managed by the Hidden Harbour Homeowners Association (HHHA) Board of Trustees, a group of neighborhood volunteers. HHHA’s shared vision is to maintain and enhance the value and living environment of our community. As a private community, Hidden Harbour maintains its own roads and streetlights, and contracts for garbage pickup, snow removal and common grounds landscaping maintenance. In 2012, the HHHA contracted with property manager Erin Osstifin to manage the day-to-day affairs of the association. The HHHA trustees meet once monthly, or more often if urgent matters require. Trustees are elected for three-year terms. Elections are held each May to replace members whose terms are expiring. There are two open residents’ meetings of the Hidden Harbour Homeowners Association each year (May and November).
